Walking away the winter blues

Over 35 staff joined Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE) for a walk around Caulfield Racecourse last Wednesday.

The walk, which was part of a series of walks at various campuses, was aimed at encouraging staff to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.

Participants were also invited to share a free, light, healthy lunch provided by OHSE, whilst Monash Sport provided all the walkers with a complimentary voucher to attend one of the many recreational activities on offer.

Some even luckier participants received spot prizes provided by OHSE. Walks are also planned for Peninsula and Gippsland campuses.

For further information or to register, contact Angela Wall extn 51014
