Charging Information
The Monash Animal Services Animal Ethics Committee (MAS AEC) require an original as well as 12 copies of any forms submitted to the Committee for approval no later than the deadline date for submission (see Key Dates on the MAS AEC web page). This includes all new applications, Standard Operating Procedures, annual and final reports, minor amendments and phenotype reports. Please ensure that all signatures are obtained prior to submission.

Clients of the MAS AEC will receive an invoice from Monash Animal Services Finance Unit at the conclusion of the billing month.
AEC charges and other MAS charges may appear on the same invoice.
