Monash Animal Services recognizes the value of understanding what we do well and what we could do better across the range of our services. If you have any feedback about our services and how we can improve them, or what we have done really well, you are encouraged to contact us.
All feedback will be responded to within 48 hours, at which time you will be given an indication as to how long we expect to process your feedback. We will treat your feedback with confidentiality at all times.
