Monash graduates have access to a range of services and resources offered by the Monash University Careers and Employment.

Services for job seekers

Careers Counselling - Half-hour careers counselling sessions for alumni are free of charge for the first six months after completion of studies. After this period, alumni may book one-hour appointments at the special rate of $75 each. Careers counselling is available at all Victorian campuses. Jobs Online - Visit Jobs Online to browse current employment vacancies for Monash graduates. Thousands of job vacancies appear annually with new vacancies posted on weekdays, during business hours, all year round. Jobs Online features include customisable, savable job-searches and short-listing, downloadable application documents, a jobs email service and online registration as a private tutor. New users must register with Jobs Online quoting your student ID number*. A fee applies if you have also registered as a private tutor.

Careers Library - Alumni have access to employment resources within the Careers Libraries at each campus. The libraries offer information on a range of industries and employers (both private and public sector), international work and study as well as general employment matters. 

Services for employers

Employers - A range of services is available for alumni wishing to employ Monash student or graduate candidates for part-time, casual, vacation and graduate positions. Advertise employment vacancies via Jobs Online, take part in careers fairs and events, conduct information sessions on campus or reach a targeted group via direct email or mail-out. Advertising on Jobs Online is usually free of charge but fees apply to other services.
