| Welcome from the MUAAS President |
Dear Singapore alumni,
It is my great pleasure to write to you again. This is the first update from the Monash University Alumni Association of Singapore (MUAAS) for 2007. On behalf of the MUAAS Committee, we wish you and your family a fruitful and prosperous year.
It is my privilege to work with the newly elected MUAAS Committee and together, we plan to organize a number of activities for you so as to strengthen the
relationship between all alumni.
Through this newsletter, I would also like to acknowledge the contributions made by the late Dr Lim Shun Ping, who passed away last year. As past President, he
had been a pillar to the MUAAS, and made significant contributions to strengthen and advance the alumni status. Many, especially in the alumni including
myself, have great admiration for his work and dedication to the well being of others around him.
Once again, I wish all of you a wonderful year ahead and look forward to your continued relationship with the MUAAS and participation in our activities.
Best regards,
Bara
Barathan Kumaran
MUAAS President |
