James Lam
He is the jet-setting host of one of China’s most popular television programs and the founder of burgeoning clothier Michelozzo. It would be understandable if alumnus James Lam (BA 2004, LLB 2004) had little time for anything else.

Tom Quinlan
Tom Quinlan (BBus(Acc) 1998, BComp 1998, MBA 2007) is an advocate for work-life integration. He says that it’s not the same as work-life balance. It’s where work is integrated around your life rather than vice versa. But that doesn't mean he isn't busy.

Dr Paul Fraser
Dr Paul Fraser’s (BSc(Hons) 1969, PhD Chemistry 1972) seven years as a Monash student set him up to become one of the world’s most renowned atmospheric chemists.

Lesley Gillespie OAM
As the co-founder, executive director and joint CEO of Bakers Delight - Australia's most successful bakery franchise - Lesley Gillespie, (BSc (Hons) 1977, DipEd 1978) is an inspiring woman, not to mention humble and generous.

Brett Gosper
Former ad man and international rugby player Brett Gosper (BEc 1981) says he owes his success to the support of his family. He has recently taken over the helm of the International Rugby Board and it couldn't come at a more exciting time for the sport, with rugby set to be re-introduced to the Olympic Games in 2016.

Scarlett Lucero
Scarlett Lucero (MEd 2008) managed to complete her Master of Education at Monash without ever meeting a lecturer or fellow student. Yet her experience with Monash was so positive and life changing that it inspired her to donate to the Faculty of Education.

Komal Sangha
It was during the second year of her degree that aerospace engineering graduate Komal Sangha (BAeroEng(Hons) 2011) set her sights on a career in the Australian Defence Force. Four years later at age 24, she is a fully-qualified aviation engineer in the Royal Australian Navy.

Jon Liow
By harnessing the power of the sun, Monash alumnus Jon Liow (BID(Hons) 2011) designed a simple, sustainable and affordable water-purification device, which has the potential to help eradicate disease and save lives.
