Monash University Planning Pyramid

The Monash planning pyramid sets out the planning architecture for the university and is a tool that helps display the interconnections between the plans. Subsidiary plans relate to the core ideas contained in Monash Directions 2025. The strategic plan is underpinned by the university's academic plan and campus/centre plans. Supporting and operational plans are developed to reinforce the strategic plan and provide detailed strategies and targets in academic, finance, human resources, facilities and services areas. The pyramid also sets out the timeframes and review timelines for each plan.
