Monash University Planning Pyramid

Monash Directions 2025 is underpinned by the University's strategic plan, the Faculty/President-led campus plans and key risks and the annual portfolio plan and budget. The supporting plans are developed to reinforce the strategic plan and provide detailed strategies and targets in academic, administration, advancement and finance areas. The pyramid also sets out the timeframes and review timelines for each plan.
