University-wide Information and Communications Technologies Strategic Planning

The University's Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) Strategic Plan describes a vision for the application and usage of IT, aimed at ensuring that University-wide IT initiatives are directly aligned to the overall mission, strategies and operational needs of the university. The 2008-2010 plan  supplements the previous 2006-2010 ICT Strategic Plan. A discussion document is available addressing the 2009-2012 planning horizon.

ICT planning process

The plan will be reviewed annually on a rolling five-year basis. Particular strategic initiatives will be added and subtracted as dictated by the changing strategic environment and priorities of the university.
